By installing or using the Convic Shopify App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Convic provides WhatsApp communication and automation services for Shopify merchants.

The service may be used to:

• Send order notifications
• Send shipping updates
• Automate customer communication
• Manage customer engagement workflows

3. Convic Account Requirement

A Convic account is required to use the service.

Merchants may be redirected to Convic during onboarding and account linking.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account information
• Obtain required customer consent
• Comply with applicable laws
• Comply with WhatsApp policies
• Comply with Shopify policies

5. Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam
• Sending unlawful content
• Violating customer privacy rights
• Fraudulent activities
• Misuse of the platform

6. Fees

Certain Convic services may require paid subscriptions or usage-based billing.

7. Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All Convic software, trademarks, branding, and technology remain the property of Softgrid Technologies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if merchants violate these Terms, Shopify policies, or WhatsApp policies.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softgrid Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
